In taking our kids to Orlando yearly and accustomed to the hotel scene, one year we rented a Villa in Sandy Ridge, and just fell in love with the Community of vacation homes. We just had to have one, our days of staying in a Hotel are over. The location is perfect, close to everything and far enough from the hustle of it all.
Your own private pool with everything you need in the villa - making it your Home Away From Home!! Location is perfect if you want to just Relax by the pool or visit theme parks.
Rental Policy
We ask all our guests to respect the No Smoking and No Pets Rule (including service & emotional support animals) we have for our villa due to allergies. This is for the benefit of the owner and all our guests.
Safety & Security
While you stay at H & M Villa your safety and security are of utmost importance. Our villa and pool area meet all the Florida State regulations and come fitted with Fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
For extra peace of mind, Sandy Ridge is security patrolled, also cameras at entrances into neighbourhood. The villa also is protected with a home security system.
- To comply with state fire regulations under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons identified on the booking form occupy the property.
- The swimming pool is used entirely at the guest’s own risk.
- No diving is allowed and children must be supervised at all times while in the pool area.
- Glass is not permitted in the pool area at any time. Please use the plastic cups and dishes provided. (if pool requires draining due to broken glass, a $500 pool draining charge will be imposed)
