Wonderful Stay for a Family Celebration

We had a fantastic stay at Helena's property while celebrating our son’s college graduation. The home was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The private pool was a great addition, and the neighborhood felt very safe and the house has an alarm system. Communication with Helena was outstanding, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Our family of five, including our daughter and son-in-law, found the space ample and appreciated having three bathrooms. The location was convenient with grocery stores, a pharmacy, and fast food options within 2 miles. We spent our days at Universal, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. It's worth noting that traffic on I-4 can be intense, so plan for a 30-45 minute commute to the parks in the morning and longer in the evenings between 5-7 pm. Disney parks are a bit closer than Universal. Our stay was very enjoyable, and we would definitely return to this property in the future. Thank you, Helena, for a memorable and comfortable stay!

A home away from home

An absolute pleasure to stay in, wonderfully furnished and equipped, very very clean place. A fantastic host - super responsive and caring, clear communication. Heated pool, great TVs, everything close by - grocery, gas, restaurant, highway. Quiet neighborhood, we would definitely be back year after year. Thank you H & M Villa.

Wonderful environment

From start to finish it was perfect. I can’t say enough positive things. Home was immaculately cleaned. Everything you could think of was there if you needed it. Reservation was so easy and contact with the owner via text was so convenient. I will definitely rent this home again. We were visiting Disney and this home was close by and close by convenient food locations. I really just can’t say enough positive things.

This home was super clean and quiet. Helena is a top notch host that was attentive to our needs. This is a great location for a relaxing vacation. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Stayed: May 2023

Home, sweet, home.  This is our most favourite home 'away from home' as we've stayed here at least 5 or 6 times.  This time was no different than all the rest - the house is perfect in every way.   You will never find a better owner and hostess than "Helena" as she looks after every little detail!!!  She truly cares about her guests.  AND, the house is immaculate and well appointed with everything you will ever need!

We stayed 3 weeks in Sandy Ridge and it's always sad when we leave.  The location is perfect for shopping, Disney, and your favourite eating establishments.   It's central and easy to find your way around.   The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and perfect for morning and evening walks.  There's even a playground just down the street for children and grandchildren!

The pool is well maintained - clean and very welcoming after a hot day.  

Don't hesitate to book this house.  You won't be disappointed.  

We can't wait to bring our grandchildren here when they are a little older.

A wonderful vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Orlando at the H&M Villa! The house was clean, beautiful and organized. The neighborhood was centrally located and close to all the ammenities, including parks, playgrounds and shopping. It also backs up to a preserve, and so it was very quiet, and private, which we all appreciated - best of both worlds! My boys loved the wildlife (mostly the chameleons) and we all loved the pool! The owner was very attentive and easy to reach, though we had no problems during our stay. I would highly reccomend staying at the H&M Villa, and would do so again if/when we return to the Orlando area.

Our stay was very enjoyable

The property is a very good size for a family of 5 with room to spare. It is very clean and the amenities are well thought of. We all had fun swimming and playing in the pool that’s also well maintained. It is located nearby shops, grocery stores to replenish any supply you may need. IThe owner, Helena is very responsive and accommodating to our last minute requests. It’s a very good experience staying here. Will definitely come back.

Great stay, Great Home

We loved our stay here. The cleanest vrbo home I have stayed in so far, and I have stayed in many! Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of space in the house, pool was great. Helena was awesome, great communication, wonderful person. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

Helena was amazing and the house was gorgeous very spacious! Location was so convenient to everything! I definitely felt right at home as soon as we walked In!!! Everyone and everything was perfect about this stay!!!

My husband and I stayed at H&M Villa for a month in Aug 2021 for a workcation (2 weeks work, 2 weeks play). The property itself is just like the photos. Helena was wonderfully responsive both before and during our stay to answer any questions or concerns. The villa has everything you need to completely relax and recharge. The location is fabulous, it is close to everything but far enough away that you do not feel as if you are in with all the tourist activities. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. If you are looking for a place to stay near Orlando, you cannot go wrong with this villa. We have already booked to return in early 2022!

A Great Family Friendly Home

This was my first time booking a family vacation and the owner, Helena was wonderful to deal with through the whole process from start to finish. She was able to answer any and all questions I had and made booking my first vacation a breeze. The home is definitely a "Home away from Home". From the second we walked in the house was inviting and cozy. We opted to pay extra for the pool heat and it was definitely worth it. We swam from sun up to sun down some days. The parks are within a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic and the home was equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to all my friends and family looking for a vacation rental just outside of all the hustle and bustle of Florida.

This was our first vacation home rental experience and Helena made it so easy! She promptly answered my many questions before we booked, before we arrived, and her prompt replies continued during our stay. We had a medical emergency and she kindly offered to extend our stay if needed. She is very attentive to details and the home had helpful notes posted with instructions for several things...laundry, security system, TV, etc.

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Even the exterior garage lights were turned on in case we arrived in the dark.

The location is away from the busyness of Kissimmee/Orlando, but close enough you don't feel too far away. It's also near an Aldi, Publix, CVS, gas stations, and the nice Championship area restaurants. The traffic in the area gets congested during rush hours...evening rush from 3 to 7pm was the worst, so we planned around those times. 

We enjoyed the lanai and heated pool and it's view of the conservation area. We saw eagles every day. 

The kitchen was well equipped. Basic starter packs of soaps, toilet paper, and garbage bags were provided, so I packed or purchased extras of those, plus Kleenex, napkins, and paper towels. There were plenty of coffee maker filters in the pantry.

We had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend Helena and her home, and would stay there again.

Just what we needed!!

Just returned from a week spent in this beautiful home!  Had everything we needed and the pool was awesome. Loved that it had a screen house over the pool. We sat out there all day and night and didn’t have to worry about bugs, a few tiny friendly lizards, but they soon became our mascots. It was just what we needed, sun, pool and relaxation. Helena was very accommodating  when  we had to change dates. I would definitely return to this beautiful home again .

Great place and location

This place was great! The size was great! Having 3 bathrooms made life a lot easier. The host ALWAYS wrote me back right away with any questions and contacted us once we arrived to make sure everything was good. We got the pool heated and it was so nice and warm. The weather was in the 60s most days and low 50’s at night and the pool was still so nice and warm. I also appreciated the child safety fence around the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Very nice matching dishes, glasses, etc. the house was very clean and spacious and kept really nice. It was located super close to stores and about 15-20 mins from all the Disney parks. We would definitely stay again if we get another chance to come back to Orlando. My granddaughter also got some time to enjoy the playground in the gated community and met a few little friends. Check in was very easy! Thanks for making our trip to Orlando/Disney perfect, with a perfect house and location.

PRIVATE POOL I am so happy I picked this house to stay in for my vacation ! It is a 25 min drive from the airport , 10-15 min drive from Disney . There is a Walmart close by so location wise it’s perfect . The neighborhood is secure and peaceful, there is a little park for kids in the neighborhood. The house had all the amenities you can think of (air conditioning , private pool, utensils , pots , grill , security system , literally everything you would need ) . The property owner Helena is amazing I communicated with her throughout my stay effortlessly , she is so accommodating and understanding. I will be back to stay again for my next visit to Florida !

We are back from spending our 4th vacation in this beautiful home....  it's like coming back home...and we love it here.  We come back year after year because of the attention given by the owner Helena.   Helena looks after every detail to make sure everything is looked after.   If there is a problem it is looked after immediately.   
Sandy Ridge is beautiful and away from all the traffic and noise.   It's quiet and kid friendly and the properties in this little sub division are well looked after.    The house is clean, well equipped with two master suites and two other bedrooms as well as a front den or bedroom if needed.  Laundry facilities are also provided along with a large clean garage and barbecue.   The pool is maintained to high standards with a very modern heater.
For little ones there is a beautiful playground just down the street  - 5 minutes and if you are a runner then you will love it as it's great for those morning runs.  
Many people stay here because it's close to Disney without being 'too close'.  It's not hectic or noisy here - you feel like you are in your own home.   We come back because we know we are well looked after from the day we arrive until the day we leave.   Don't hesitate to book this property - you won't be sorry.  I give it 5 stars.

We had so much fun! We even saw an armadillo down the road one night! It was exciting. 

We loved the house and the area. It is perfectly located for everything we wanted to do on our vacation. It is close to all theme parks, restaurants and shopping. It felt like home and it was so nice to relax when we had some down time. The pool is amazing and so spacious. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a convenient, relaxing, and comfortable house to enjoy their vacation in Florida.

Perfect Villa for a large group or family

H&M Villa is a clean beautiful large 4 bedroom villa. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining and living room were spacious. The hosts allowed us to get in earlier due to our early fight. They were attentive to our needs and requests. The neighborhood is quiet with a children's park a few steps away and it's close to shopping and restaurants by car. We will come back again. Thank you Helena for your attention to detail. No more hotels!! Date of Stay Oct 16, 2018 Firstly I would like to thank Helena for being able to accommodate us at such short notice; we enquired about the villa on Monday morning and the booking was completed that day and we arrived on Wednesday. The villa is as described and pictured - the kitchen is fully equipped, the whole house is very comfortably furnished, having a private pool is lovely and it was very clean when we arrived. We spent a very relaxed week enjoying the villa and Helena also agreed that we could check out at 4pm on the final day without extra charge. Our days of staying in hotels are over. Stephen & Linda

Relaxing stay at H&M villa!! Date of Stay Aug 25, 2018. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at H&M Villa. Helena was a pleasure to work with, and was very responsive to our needs. The villa is in a very convenient location close to all things Disney. We were very grateful that we could access the parks quickly without having to use I-4, which at times is a slow-moving mass of stop and go traffic. The residence is nicely appointed, with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. It was a truly relaxing place to retreat to after a day enjoying the parks and everything else the Disney area has to offer. With Publix and CVS only minutes away, we were able to easily stock up on everything we needed for our trip. We highly recommend H&M Villa and look forward to staying there again in the future!
